Phillip has done a phenomenal job with his Private eye work in getting my dog back to me. I have tried for the past 2 and a half months in getting her home and failed. He went above and beyond his job in helping me. I can't say much more about how thankful my family is to have her home. Even though she's a dog he still cared enough to go above and beyond to help me!! He knew when I hired him this was about my dog he still cared Several phone calls to me asking questions and helping. He got her home in just a few hours and it went peacefully. I am so thankful for this company words can not describe how thankful I truly am for phillip. I wish he understands how thankful I always will be even though to some people shes just a dog. To me she's my family. Imagine what he could do for your family!! I do not have to to imagine any more my baby is home for good!!! Site for sore eyes!! He succeeded where Rowan county sheriff's failed me even though she was legally mine they still failed and probably didn't even try to help. The law was on my side. When I say this was the best service, I received from a bails bond company EVER? It would be an understatement. As a mother, one of the worse calls you can receive is that your child has been detained. Not only did Mr. Ralph offer consoling words, he made the process as simple as possible and was very efficient. He got the process started immediately, which gave me a level of comfort knowing my son would be taken care of as soon a possible. My hopes are to never need these services again on this level; however, I would recommend this business to anyone dealing with the detainment of a loved one.

My fiancé got arrested and was in a bad way mentally. I wanted so bad to get him help which could not happen in jail but we live out of state so I was unsure if anything could be done. I called every number I could find and all I got was machines, “no”, or an outrageous amount but Ralph from Unlock Me came through in the clutch with an agreement to bond him AND the most affordable price. Amazing customer service!! My girlfriend frantically called every bondsman in and around Rowan County just to be told that her job, even though it was full-time, was not good enough for them to help her get me out of jail. Unlock Me not only treated her like a human being, but went above and beyond to help her get the information filled out on the application and continued to work with her until I eventually got out late that same night. Unlock Me understands that we are all just people and everyone makes mistakes and are willing to give people a much needed second chance.
