The Landing Senior Living – The Landing of Bogart, Bogart

My sister moved into the Landing of Bogart 5 months ago and I could not be happier with the care! My sister has been in several other assisted living facilities and I had begun to despair of ever finding a place that met my standards, until we moved her here. Every staff member cares for her as if she’s a family member and I sleep better at night knowing she’s being cared for this way. The executive director and wellness coordinator have been carefully assessing her needs as she settles in, and keeping me well-informed of any changes or needs. The Landing has a commitment to excellence and dedication to teamwork that is evident in every facet of the community. I highly recommend the Landing to anyone looking for assisted living for themself or a loved one!

My mother lived at The Landing for the last two years of her life. She had a wonderful experience there. The Landing is a warm and cheerful place where the residents' physical, social, and emotional needs are always met. The staff members are unfailingly kind and professional, including the front desk staff, the cooks and servers, the med techs, the care specialists, and the management. Not only did they provide the best possible care, but they always did so with a smile. One feature I love about The Landing is that there is a desk in the middle of each floor that is staffed 24/7, so that you always know where to find someone if you need help. The staff also goes into each resident's room every 2 hours to check on them. It was very reassuring to me to know that they were taking good care of my mother. The staff was easy to communicate with and always addressed any concerns I had. My entire family is extremely grateful to the staff of The Landing for their devoted and thoughtful care of my mother when her health declined. We were able to increase her level of care immediately. On the night my mother died, three care specialists gathered in her room while my brother, my niece and I told them stories of her life. It was a wonderful send-off! The next morning when I was in my mother's room gathering her things, one of the morning staff members and I hugged and cried and later many of the residents stopped me to express their condolences and share their memories of my mother. My mother lived at two different facilities before she arrived at The Landing, so I know that not every facility provides the level of care you will find at The Landing. I also learned that the most important aspect of assisted living is not the size of the room, but rather the quality of care which includes loving staff members, congenial residents, and delicious food. The Landing has all of these in abundance.

My dad has been at the Landing for about 2 months. This is the third senior living facility he has been at, and I can say that it's by far the best of the three. The staff is caring, organized and professional. The facilities are perfect for my dad's situation. I appreciate that they have a tiered pricing model that enables us to pay for the services that he needs, while giving us the optionality to get additional services should he need it. The communication from the staff is excellent and they are responsive when we have questions. Very happy that we chose The Landing.

My friend and ward moved here in July of this year from another assisted living facility. She has blossomed! Her care is exactly that, care! The staff treat her like a treasured member of their family! Her health has improved, and we are comforted by the care she receives here every day! P.S. I moved to the Independent Living area of The Landing at about the same time, I love it for me too!!!

My in-laws lived here in their final months, and all of us were very happy. They were well taken care of, they were happy and comfortable, and the communication was wonderful. Ed and Rosie had high standards, and the staff here met those standards daily. We felt like they helped make their time their a wonderful experience.

Lucy (98yo) is thriving at The Landing. She moved in May 2021and we are more than satisfied with the care and compassion she gets from all the staff. The decision to put a loved one in a “home” is very stressful and we had loads of anxiety mainly because we had chosen a different place and that was not a good fit for Lucy. Moving her to The Landing was a great choice and the staff transitioned her wonderfully. The Landing is there 1000% for the patients. Anytime we need something adjusted ( meds, food, clothes, etc) or have questions the staff is on it immediately. Getting the COVID vaccines, flu shots, dental visits, spa treatments, casino nights, animal petting day, snow cones, popcorn, yoga, art & crafts— you name it they are on top of it making it fun, safe and great for patients and their families are very very appreciative.

The Landing senior living facility in Bogart is awesome. Not only is it a new facility and beautifully decorated, The staff are amazing. Everyone is extremely helpful and loving. It really is like going to visit grandma and grandpa in their new resort. And I also hear the food is awesome as well. Thank you to all those at the Landing in Bogart four all you do. I would live here in a heartbeat.

The Landing of Bogart is a wonderful community! The staff is warm and welcoming, and happy to assist families and residents. I can’t say enough about the amazing people who work there. They work so hard to provide fun and entertaining activities for the residents, and their food is amazing!

I am so glad we moved our mother here to memory care. She is doing so well. The staff are attentive, helpful, and caring and coach her to do the things she can still do. The routines they have established have been good for her. Management know residents by name and are responsive to requests and questions.. Very happy with this decision.

As professionals we have been impressed with The Landing's level of collaboration with regards to our mutual client. They have been responsive and receptive to our advocacy support and have gone above and beyond to accommodate the unique needs of our shared client. Thank you Landings care staff!

A wonderful community here in Athens that goes above and beyond for not only their residents but staff as well. I am proud to be partners with such a great community! The community is clean and you can tell the residents are very well taken care of!

Beautiful facility filled with the best staff around. Everyone is very courteous, attentive, and compassionate. They truly care about the health and well-being of the residents in their community.

Excellent care from all the staff( care giver, managers, cooks, housekeeping) They treat everyone Like family. They understand the disease process and how to handle when situations arise I would highly recommend this community

My mother has been at The Landing for a few months and absolutely loves it there (especially the food!). Highly recommended!
