Our technician Darrell was professional and took time to explain in detail his prognosis and plan to address any issues that we had with our systems and units. Called H&H this morning for service due to a mangled line and they did not disappoint. Jessica was very nice and courteous. She set up the appt and the tech(Darrell) arrived a few hrs later. Been using H&H for at least 15 years. I’ve been very satisfied with them. Just had a sixth month service check. Technician was named Edgar. He was very pleasant, attentive, knowledgeable and eager to address my questions and concerns. Very happy with them all around.

This company is great. Price was great!!!. The people who answer the phone will do everything to get your request or issue taken care of now, no the usual "he's with a customer and will need to call you back" and never get a call. The technicians who installed our unit did a first class job and then explained everything in detail prior to leaving and they even cleaned up their mess !!! Don't waste your time and energy shopping. I did all that and this company by far is heads and shoulders above the competition and actually work hard to earn your business. We are 150% satisfied we made the right decision.

Even when I called at an extremely late time, H&H Mechanical connected me with Darrell and he came right away, identified the issue and explained how we can prevent it in the future. H&H is great. I’ve been using them for an awhile for yearly checkups. The service has always been great. Recently during heating system check they found a inducer starting to go bad. They ordered part and had it in a few days. Tony was the tech that came out. He was great. He diagnosed issue and fixed it quickly. I would highly recommend them. I plan on using their service for many years to come.

The tech Caleb, the owner Chris, and the install lead Michael & Colton were all absolutely great! Caleb was on time, took his time & explained to me many options. Once Chris and I struck a deal Michael & Colton arrived the next day, right on time, and worked diligently all day long to ensure I had heat & air by the end of day. I’m thrilled & I trust it will be a huge improvement from my tired old system we just replaced.

They were able to access my air flow issue in one of the bedrooms and resolve the issue by making some modifications from the original builder setup. The room was always too hot in the summer and too cold in the winter. It's nice and cozy now.
