Since the first day I started coming here, I've always been greeted by amazing and friendly people. They are very patient, understanding, and accommodating when it came to things like making sure I was 100% comfortable and even offering transportation. Everyone is knowledgeable, I've never been confused or felt like I didn't have all the information I needed. Would definitely refer this place to anyone needing chiropractic services!

I’ve been going here for treatment for almost 2 months and I my experience has been amazing!! Every staff member was kind from the ladies at the front desk to the doctors. They are attentive, understanding, sensitive to your needs, and make you feel like you are more than just a patient. Everyone has big smiles on their faces which is very comforting, especially when your body isn’t 100%. Thank you all so much! I typically don’t enjoy going to the doctor, but I look forward to my appointments here at Grand Oak. Keep up the good work. P.S Liz and Erin are great!

I don’t usually fall in love on the first visit, but here we are. From the moment I walked into Grand Oak Health, I was greeted by a team so warm and helpful, I briefly wondered if I’d walked into a Pixar film. Every staff member deserves a gold star and a group hug. And then there’s Dr. Alex Morgan — the chiropractic whisperer. After years of tension and pain, one visit with Alex and snap-crackle-pop — I could move like a person with less emotional baggage in their upper spine. The man didn’t just crack my back, he cracked the code. He even pulled up Amazon links like a health-savvy best friend who moonlights as a wellness concierge. Who does that? But what really blew my mind (and realigned it) was that he created a recovery plan designed to have me come in less often over time — which is basically the healthcare equivalent of setting a bird free because you love it. It's tragic, really, because I actually enjoy coming in. The atmosphere is relaxed, the care is thoughtful, and my only complaint is that they didn’t open a decade earlier. Grand Oak Health isn’t just a clinic — it’s a place where your spine gets a second chance and your faith in humanity gets a tiny glow-up. 10/10, would get adjusted into emotional clarity again.

The doctors here make you feel as good as they look lol no seriously though they listen to you and try to accommodate you as much as they possibly can. Both doctors are amazing and the girls up front are just as awesome. I do have a favorite which is Erin she makes my visit so comfortable 😌 even when I was in pain she makes me smile and always there if you need anything.This place has become my most favorite place to visit in Georgia seriously 😍 🙌 when I first came in my body ached so bad. Today I'm almost a new person. I would recommend this place without a doubt.

I love everything about this place! Dr. Mark was amazing and the staff was exceptional. The customer service was phenomenal, and there was no long wait time. I would definitely recommend Grand Oak Healthcare for all of your chiropractic and therapy needs! Tell them Kayla sent you!

Really good service, I just started with them a couple weeks ago and I definitely feel improvement with my back and the staff is great very friendly and they definitely take care of you while you do the different therapy’s

This establishment changed my life. I have arthritis in my neck and could hardly sleep, maybe 2-3 hours a night. The staff is excellent and caring. After just 4 months I feel like a new person, able to sleep well and get through out my day in moderate pain. I 10 out of 10 recommend them.

Grand Oak is THE BEST Chiropractic Office in town! The staff is amazing… I live in Winder and come to Athens just for the ladies up front! And the doctor…. I have never had someone with such wonderful bedside manner! If I could, I would give them 10 stars!

Dr. Giles is absolutely wonderful. He's compassionate and listens to me and encourages me. He is a wonderful chiropractor who seems to really care for his patients. He has helped me every step of the way through this agonizing process and I am so grateful to be seeing him. He seems to genuinely want me feeling better.

The staff is so polite and amazing!!! They care about your comfort and pain levels. They always have a smile on their faces and when I leave I’m in a better mood than when I came in. The doctor is amazing, kind, and polite. He really gets things done and is very thorough about your health!!! 10/10 would definitely come back if I ever need to in future.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Giles for 12+ years now. He is the absolute best at what he does and his office staff is phenomenal. Dr. Giles is a great listener and really takes the time to figure out and address your issues. If you need a GREAT chiropractor with a friendly environment, this is where you need to be!

I had an amazing experience at the Grand Oak Athens location! I was nervous at the beginning of my treatment, since I had never been to a chiropractor before, but then I was easily reassured by the friendly staff. Dr. Morgan is super nice and he made me feel really great! I really enjoyed my weekly visits, being in the relaxing environment that they provide. I will always remember the time that I was waiting to take my X-rays and Abbey played Wordle with me :) Overall, I loved coming here and sad it ended! I will recommend Grand Oaks to anyone in need!!

Dr. Morgan and all of the staff are amazing. They are all so friendly, nice, and truly love to help all of their patients feel better. They go over and beyond to accommodate all of your needs. I would definitely recommend them to everyone.

I love coming to Grand Oaks and would unhesitatingly recommend them to anyone in need of care. The staff is friendly, supportive, sympathetic, understanding, and jovial. The environment is calming and inductive to better health. On the days that I am in so much pain that it’s hard to concentrate they adjust my treatments accordingly and recommend alternative options. I can’t say enough about them. If you’re ever in need, DON’t hesitate to reach out to them for treatment.
