10/10 recommend!! We got our inspection back less than 48 hours after I made the call. We’re first time home buyers and had no expectations for this inspection - but I’m blown away with how detailed Josh was! Josh left us with about 10 things to bring to the builders attention that we would’ve never caught on our own, he also took pictures to show us exactly what he saw. We’re so thankful for Josh, this was a great investment!

Frank was the best home inspector I have ever used!! He was incredibly thorough in his inspection! The house he was inspecting had a previous inspection report and Frank’s report indicated more indicators that were of problems. I met him at the house and he walked me through everything that was of concern and diligently answered all of my questions and concerns. I was highly impressed with his work and had the inspection scheduled and completed in less than 24hrs!

I requested a home inspection from Blueprint Home Inspection in early April 2024. They had Frank Garner come out to perform the inspection. Upon arriving at the property Frank reached out to let me know he was there and ask me if there was anything I wanted him to look at specifically. He proceeded to perform and write up the best home inspection report I have received. I have had home inspections done on all homes I have purchased or been involved with. In the last five years, I have had 3 done. Frank's report was detailed, items were captured in pictures, and great description on each item were provided. He took the time to inspect all areas and facets of the home and property directly around the home. His report was clear to report safety issues, deficiencies, functioning/nonfunctioning items and general information. I feel confident I have a good understanding of the issues that need to be addressed and those I can accept. I will be recommending Blueprint Home Inspection to all of my friends and family and when I need another in the future, I will be reaching out to Blueprint Home Inspection and specifically to Frank. We had two inspections done with blueprint. One with frank and one with Patrick. CAN NOT RECOMMEND THEM ENOUGH! They are very very thorough- they both were so professional and made sure to explain every little thing with us. The reports they make are very very helpful and they both were very sure to answer any questions. They were both very knowledgeable and really took their time on the inspection. With both patrick and frank, my husband and I brought our parents and they were both very attentive to everyone with all of questions. We were very pleased with frank (enough to use them again) and very impressed with Patrick. I’d recommend them to anyone. They do quality jobs and are both VERY good at what they do. 10/10 Also getting in contact with blueprint has been an ease both times.

Josh is AWESOME! He arrived on time, actually before time. He presented himself in a very friendly, honest, and professional manner and quickly got to work. I cannot express how thorough his work is. He took his time and inspected EVERYTHING within reach. I was very impressed. And anything I mentioned to him that I was concerned about, he looked into and told me if it was something that he could add to the report or not. Things that weren't, he gave me recommendations on what to do. This was a great experience for me, as I am a first-time homebuyer. He made me feel very comfortable, and I understood everything. We needed an inspection for a property that we are purchasing on short notice. I submitted a request on Saturday evening online while traveling back from a weekend trip. The inspection was confirmed Sunday morning when I checked my phone with two time options for Monday.
