We had our system installed over two years ago, and not only does it work perfectly, Terry is always quick to respond to any questions we have had, and recently after a flower planting "incident", in which the wire was cut, he was even kind enough to supply us with some extra radio wire and directions to fix it ourselves. If you need a pet containment solution, Terry is the only choice. Your dog will thank you.

When installing, they treated my property like their own, everything was done with care and neatness. It was a really nice experience to find a company that not only shows up for the job, but professionally completes it with a smile. When it came time for the training of our new puppy, Terry was there every step of the way. With his method, my puppy recognized the purpose was to stay within the boundaries very quickly. His love of dogs is very apparent when he handles them. Terry doesn't stop there, he calls you to check in to see how training is going after the installation. Even with many other dogs in the neighborhood, she stays inside the boundaries. When I accidentally cut the line, Terry sent his crew over ASAP to reconnect it. Terry and his technitians had our system installed in no time. But it's the customer service and attention after the install that makes Terry and his busness exceptional. He personally worked with Maggie, our new Golden Doodle puppy until she was trained to recognize the boundaries and not leave the yard. In addition we often keep our Daughter's one year old Golden Doodle Rosie, who happened to be at our house on the day of the system installation. We purchased her a receiver coller and Terry was happy to spend time working with her. Since she was only able to be around the containment system a few hours that day, Terry had me call him the next time she was at our house and he made a special trip out to spend more time working with Rosie. Terry is great! He is very professional and knows exactly how to design, set up and gently train your dog to the radiofence. I have been extremely happy with his services and he is always willing to help in person or answer questions on the phone. I have had some DIFFICULT dogs in the past and he has always been able to help me train them to keep them at home. It was definitely worth the investment of the fence and the collars. We love our radio fence, our two dogs have plenty of space to run free and we don't have to worry about them getting out. Terry did a great job installing and training our dogs. He is always available to answer questions and make any repairs that are necessary. Our dogs learned the fence very quickly and the whole system was very affordable, we got a much larger space for our dogs to run than we would have been able to do if we put it a traditional fence. I have used Terry and Roberto with Pet Containment Systems for many years. They are true professionals. Their fences and collars work and anytime I have ever had an issue with the fence, they are quick to come do the repairs at very reasonable prices. The only times that I have had issues with the fence is when landscapers inadvertently cut the line. These guys are the best!

We called Terry to find out how it worked and he was very responsive in coming to our home to fit our pet with a collar and train us and our pet in using the system.
